Between 1934 and 1952 approximately 300,000 Model A's were built by the Deere Company. In 1952, they carried a price tag of about $2,400. The designation A or AR creates some confusion, but basically, all were A's, because demand was so great that the company specialized and added the AR designation. This model in low gear had a max pull of 4248 Lbs at 1.75 MPH. On the belt it was rated at a max HP of 28.71.
