Please note that we have no scheduled shows or special events for the rest of 2020.

Pioneer Acres has possibly the largest working collection of trucks and antique farm machinery in Western Canada. Almost all of the equipment is actively demonstrated throughout the summer, particularly at our Annual Show in August. The Steam Building will impress you with its massive vertical boiler and two steam engines or you might try for a photograph of our Case steam tractor. A Blacksmith Shop and a Stationery Engine building round out the mechanical displays.

Walking through our fully restored historic house will give you a sense of what prairie life was like a hundred years ago. The Crown School is an excellent example of a country one-room schoolhouse from the early 1900’s. Pioneer World holds exhibits of family life in Southern Alberta. There are many displays including a general store, stocked with every product a farm home might need.
