HISTORIC MARKERVILLE CREAMERY MUSEUM
Costumed interpreters offer guided tours during the spring and summer season. Visitors also enjoy the "Kaffistofa" coffee shop featuring Icelandic food and great tasting ice cream. Relax at a picnic table on the Creamery grounds after you have a guided tour of the Museum and learn how butter was made in the 1930s. Visit the gift shop or have your picture taken while you ride or milk one of our interactive ‘cows’ on display, or play a game with our bean-bag-bull.
Historic Markerville is a destination where good old-fashioned fun and country hospitality are offered to visitors of all ages. As you feel your stress melt away, take a walk through the community to see the beautiful gardens and the Historic Church and Hall, which are open for rentals year-round.
